An established organisation is currently looking for a Part time Administrator to join their thriving team. The Administrator role involves providing the wider team with professional and efficient administrative support, ensuring precise and timely production of work to a high standard. Salary: £15 P/H Hours: 19.5 hours P/W - flexible start time and days Remote role - occasional office workday Administrator responsibilities: Receiving and making telephone calls, taking messages, dealing with enquiries, and directing as appropriate Effectively managing the in-house email inbox Managing staff diaries including cover arrangements, meetings, conferences, and workshops Coordinating meetings, typing minutes, and ensuring distribution of follow up actions Booking venues for training, arranging hospitality, and organising any required equipment Assisting with basic HR functions including recruitment, sickness, and mandatory training Liaising with internal and external agencies as required Maintaining an efficient filing system, both electronically and hard copies Ensuring internal forums, newsletters and the in-house intranet is updated Administrator required skills/competencies: Previous experience in a similar role desirable Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative Apply today
