We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved a 2:2 degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Environmental/Electrical) or Project Management related degree – that’s it!.... no prior experience needed.

Your Graduate scheme
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team seeking to deliver an ambitious £1.8 billion 5 year delivery plan with particular focus on improving the environment and service to our customers.
The scheme will see you be accountable for delivery of projects to ensure completion within the statutory, regulatory and financial outputs of the business plan, demonstrating value for money investment on all projects by ensuring all commercial and procurement processes are adhered to, and to interface with the operational and asset owner teams to ensure that the business meets its objectives.
Over the course of the scheme, You will rotate across the H&S/Engineering/Commercial/Procurement/Performance/Enabling departments which are part of successful project delivery.

Good to know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based across North Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process - We are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which will take place at a location based in North Wales, between February/March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time. We are looking for a CV and cover letter that shows off how you will make a difference and add value.
