About the role: The Catering Department is an integral part of school life and strives towards excellence in its catering service provision, recently nominated as the best Prep School. Key responsibilities include (Please see job description for full details): To deliver various food offers in different food styles across the day and evening to the high standard laid down in the Service level Agreement, which includes themed menus. To deliver high level customer service To assist in pre-service briefings to include allergens, food intolerances and special dietary requirements. To adhere to company procedures when it comes to temperature checks, food labelling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations.
