Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to oversee and manage multiple commercial office buildings
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to 55,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus annual leave, company pension, growth opportunities and autonomy within this role.
This is a full-time, permanent role The hours of work will be a 40hour working week Monday Friday.
Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial buildings.
* Ensure that all facilities are maintained to tenant and organizational standards.
* Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, including health and safety standards.
* Manage a team of engineers and maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective response to maintenance requests.
* Plan and oversee scheduled maintenance and repair activities.
The ideal candidate:
* Bachelor s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role managing commercial properties.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
* Proficiency in facilities management software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
