Call Centre - Customer Service (Phone, Email and Livechat) Full Time/Permanent Nottingham City Centre We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our clients brand new team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in a timely and professional manner. Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotational shift pattern between 8am and 6pm Salary: £25,000 £1500 annual bonus (based on personal performance) Location: Nottingham City Centre (NG1) Training: 3 months training followed by 3 months grad bay Role: Providing excellent customer service to existing customers via phone, email and webchat Ability to handle high volume of calls, chats and emails with degrees of questions or concerns Comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a computer Must be able to work within a team environment, communicating with other agents. Customer focused Be able to navigate and learn multiple computer systems Problem solving skills and deliver timely resolution Work towards several different targets Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
