What we're looking for: · A minimum standard of proficiency in English and mathematics - equivalent to at least a basic secondary education level (e.g., GCSE Grade 4 © or equivalent). This includes the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and to demonstrate basic numeracy skills. - Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally in the automotive industry (though we'll provide full training). - Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to the customer's needs and communicate effectively. - Sales & Lead Generation : Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, contributing to the success of the sales team. - Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other digital tools to support customer interactions. - Problem-Solving : Ability to think quickly and find solutions to customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels. - Team Player : Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work towards shared goals. - Flexibility : Ability to work a rotational shift pattern between 8 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
