Key Responsibilities To lead, motivate and develop Client Delivery teams across various locations within a Region driving a relentless focus on client service and outcomes. Lead & manage Client Delivery in across various locations, through the Senior Practitioners and Team Leaders, ensuring that all client requests and reports are dealt with on time and to a high standard of quality Work in partnership with Regional Managing Partner, Managing Partners and other Head of FP Client Delivery to drive client service and outcomes throughout the region Build strong relationships with stakeholders, the wider Client Delivery Team and take the reporting lines Paraplanning (PP) and Team Leaders in Client Administration across the various locations Oversight and analysis of monthly activities including PowerBI reporting to manage the business activities, including, but not limited to, Annual Suitability Reviews (ASRs) and Product Investment Review Service (PIRS) remediation etc. Responsible for recruitment within the locations, including.– succession planning for career progression. Manage resources effectively, removing barriers to achieving business growth, delivering within agreed budget. Promote a service excellence mind-set throughout the teams, identifying and owning strategies to improve quality of service and productivity whilst driving down the operational cost to serve Define, implement and manage performance against targets and objectives, ensuring that Client Delivery & Financial Planning service levels are established and continually reviewed and challenged Encourage and facilitate technical and career development interventions and manage employee performance through effective coaching and development techniques, utilising support from HR and L&D as required Identify and report any risks, breaches or errors through business unit Risk Champion; ensure that risks are controlled through mitigating actions and controls Key Skills and Experience Excellent understanding of the Financial Services environment (products, technology, legislation, regulation) with previous experience of managing Paraplanning & Administration teams preferred An aptitude for engaging with clients and colleagues to identify improvement opportunities, investigating, and following through on problems to a successful resolution Excellent communication and influencing skills including able to confidently prepare and deliver professionally written reports and presentations internally and externally Excellent organisational skills and able to adapt to changing priorities with strong time management skills and a positive outlook Self-motivation, resilience and a clear focus on attention to detail and high-quality output Experience in building relationships and influencing decision making and able to build strong relationships and networks Commercially astute Excellent stakeholder management
