In addition, this role will be responsible for co-developing and tracking the implementation of a range of strategic and transformational projects including supporting the continued improvement and implementation of ways of working, governance and communications across the whole Group Procurement Community. Responsibilities:· Tracking and recording progress in the delivery of GSNFR's Save to Invest cost reduction program - supporting the regular reporting processes.· Undertaking analysis related to pipeline management as required and working closely with all categories, regional and subsidiary teams to develop the pipeline.· Working closely with category, regional and subsidiary teams to understand how they are progressing against targets and continuing to iterate pipelines.· Delivering on the strategic priorities of the Procurement function across a range of activities· Ensure the teams are following processes, governance and methodologies put into place and challenging those that aren't. · Helping in the creation of team and stakeholder communications and supporting in their syndication· Support and development of the wider Target Operating Model· Support the onboarding of new team members on PMO Ways of Working if needed.· Work closely with our TBS team to support implementation of system changes as required.Requirements:· Procurement management, contract management and negotiation skills· Automation experience - nice to have.· Property experience - construction · Proven organisational skills.· Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement including senior stakeholder engagement.· Proven team working approach.· Experience of working within a large-scale Transformation programmeCandidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.Please be advised if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.
