Customer Relationship Manager - Private Care Home
Location: Haddenham, Bucks
Compensation: Competitive base plus commission
Compass Corporate Services is assisting our client, a Luxury Private Care Home provider.
You will be responsible for creating and coordinating a marketing plan for the commissioning of our client's Luxury Retirement Living property, which has 81 beds split across 21 apartments and 28 ensuite rooms. You will organize and lead internal and external events to promote the home and build positive relationships with potential stakeholders. Engaging with the local community to build a positive reputation is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is target-driven and hungry for success, with strong interpersonal skills and a sincere passion for making a difference in the lives of older people.
Person Specification:
Essential:
1. Previous experience of marketing a care service
2. Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
3. Experience of organizing and leading events
4. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Desirable:
1. Experience of commissioning a new luxury care home
2. Solid relationships with potential stakeholders within the community
3. Experience of using occupation and/or creative therapies with residents
4. Relevant vocational qualification (achieved or working towards)
5. Full, clean driving licence
