We are proud to be partnering with an ambitious Social Housing provider with plans to build 2000 homes over the next 10 years, who are looking to appoint a Development Project Manager.
This will be a full-time position based in Portishead, with an agile working policy and a salary of £43,982 per annum and a host of benefits.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with S106’s, Land-led sites and the full development journey.
Spearheading the Development journey including; Planning, Contract Negotiation, Risk Assessment and Financial Appraisal
Supporting the identification of new development opportunities through site finding, S106 bidding and working with the development team
Testing the viability and deliverability of opportunities by undertaking site visits, reviewing scheme documentation
Managing the journey of the Grant Claim process, and ensure records can withstand stringent audits
Experience within Social Housing is essential
Experience in domestic development projects
Understanding the development process from planning, contract negotiation, risk assessment to financial appraisal.
Strong level of financial literacy, commercial awareness and understanding of how to develop a risk management framework
