It’s more running with projects, testing & learning, and finding out what’s right and wrong. This role does have more of a lean towards the nuts of bolts of digital marketing, as you will be looking at ways to enhance the visibility of landing pages, conversion funnels as well as optimising user experience and maximising conversion rates, throughout the customer journey. You’ll also help manage external agencies to deliver successful lead acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta & Google, leveraging analytics to identify key acquisition channels and optimise campaign performance. At your disposal, is an awesome marketing team, as well as some extremely talented creatives, all of which are grounded, fun & supportive, who you’ll work in sync with to enhance CRM processes, content, branding social media & SEO. What we’re looking for Someone who may have more of a nose for data, analytics but who gets the relationship with the more creative elements and how they can enhance each other. Attitude and temperament are key in this role - the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated.It’s difficult to pin down the amount of experience you require because we all learn in different ways, but you’ll probably need 3 years upwards and need to know your onions on WordPress, Google Suite, GA4, and Tag Manager. It's going to mega handy if you come with knowledge of the marketing & sales funnel, customer journey concepts, with experience of both paid and organic lead acquisition. You’ll also need to a certain level of proficiency in managing CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data management, audience segmentation, and automation. For this reason, you will need a very sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.
