Our Heating & Plumbing engineers carry out all aspects of domestic heating and plumbing related installation, maintenance and repair work to meet the needs of the company, our third-party providers and customers. About Y ou: We are looking for engaged individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer service to join us on our journey and work as a Heating and Plumbing Engineer. You will have: A positive, can-do attitude Excellent organisation skills in terms of managing time and workload Excellent technical knowledge of both Plumbing and Heating engineering Significant relevant experience within a similar role City and Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or recognised equivalent At least 3 years post qualification experience Gas Safe qualified Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written communication are key) The Job: You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdown and maintenance work on all types of gas boilers and heating systems. Other duties and responsibilities will include: Carry out Landlord gas safety inspections. Boiler installation works where required. Carry out repairs and maintenance to domestic plumbing systems where required. Carry out all work to the highest professional standards in compliance with all gas, water and building regulations. Provide and maintain all hand tools as required by your role. Ensure all aspect of the companies Health & Safety policy is always adopted. Accept responsibility for hitting all performance targets as set by your line manager. Ensure all paperwork including parts orders, timesheet, quotations and tablet data is kept up to date daily.
