Childrens Support Worker £13p/h LS25 7AD Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for empathetic, compassionate and caring Care and Support Workers in Leeds. Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strive to fulfil all of their clients physical, mental, clinical and non-clinical care needs. Job Specifics: You would be required to support a young boy with Autism and ADHD on a 2:1 basis. Your job role will entail playing games with him and helping him access the community for leisure. Shift Pattern: 20hrs per week 3 weekdays (4-hour shifts including travel time). 4-hour shift on Sundays. It all depends on when the client wants to go out.
