Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for supporting teams and driving a positive workplace culture? Our client is looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first line of contact for HR queries, handling personal and sensitive matters with care.
* Provide HR support across a range of business areas
* Maintain and update HR data
* Assist with onboarding and performance review processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
* Support well-being and compliance projects
Skills & Experience Required:
* CIPD qualified with current membership.
* Relevant experience in an HR role, with solid HR database management.
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a talent for data analysis.
