Support the planning and delivery of programmes of work in order to drive continuous quality improvement and transformational change, with a leading role in some project elements. Use quality improvement methodology from concept through to operational delivery, supporting the development of clear plans, data analysis and the collation of robust evidence to demonstrate the effectiveness of improvement. Apply a range of quality improvement methodology in order to develop and understand opportunities and constraints to service delivery. Hours per week: 37.5 (x1 permanent contract & x 1 fixed term until November 2025) Main duties of the job All staff in the Service Transformation Team will be expected to work across departmental boundaries in a collaborative, matrix style approach, providing a 'consultancy' function to the Directorates (Acute and Community settings). The post holder will be expected to work across a portfolio of initiatives, with guidance and supervision from peers. Develop strong collaborative working relationships and wide networks with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of transformation, improvement and/or redesign programmes.
