The Role: Residential Property Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive / Conveyancing Executive | 2-3 PQE or Equivalent
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated property professional (either Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to take a pivotal role in the Canterbury office. We welcome applications from those with 2-3 years of PQE in property law, or equivalent experience, including unqualified candidates with 7+ years in residential property transactions. You'll work closely with a key developer client that's acquiring up to 10 properties per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making informed, decisive calls, this role could be your ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a high-volume caseload of residential property transactions, primarily for a developer client focused on rapid property purchases and resales.
* Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease renewals, and financing arrangements.
* Ensure speed and accuracy to meet client expectations in high-value, time-sensitive transactions.
* Maintain close, proactive communication with clients and keep them updated at every stage.

Salary and Benefits:
