Area Sales Engineer - High-Value Capital Equipment
Are you a successful Sales Engineer / Field Sales / Regional Sales professional with technical experience in large capital equipment/machinery? Perhaps you've worked on CNC Machines and taken a step into sales development.
I'm looking for an ambitious Area Sales Engineer to drive sales and build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers in the CNC machinery industry. If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and innovative machinery solutions, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Present and promote products and services to new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, anticipating needs and offering tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
Attend exhibitions and events, representing the brand.
Respond to technical and commercial queries, ensuring exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals.What We're Looking For:
Experience in selling large high-value equipment, e.g. CNC Machinery, packaging machinery, conveyor systems, robotics etc.
Knowledge of the steel machining sector would be ideal.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written).
Desire to achieve and driven by commission
Ability to balance client needs with business objectives.Benefits:
