As a Personal Shopping Assistant, you will do more than just offer a luxury shopping experience. Our Personal Shopping team provides a bespoke service to customers from all over the world. As a member of the front of house team and a subject matter expert of all things Selfridges, you will be the first point of contact to deliver the best service to clients visiting the department and support the Personal Shopper associates with admin assistance.
As a Personal Shopping Assistant, you will:
1. Deliver extraordinary customer experiences aligned with Selfridges Values to overachieve sales plans.
2. Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure optimal engagement.
3. Support Personal Shoppers and the team with appointment preparation, administration, and aftercare, whether physical, virtual, or remote.
4. Assist with appointments from setup to clearance.
5. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication skills, flexibility, brand knowledge, and passion for luxury products and service.
6. Process orders, pre-orders, and reservations of products as required.
7. Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding product knowledge and supporting clients in creating memorable experiences.
8. Maintain a high personal style and genuine passion for service, exploring brands and products with curiosity.
9. Pay great attention to detail, be agile, quick-thinking, and versatile to serve clients from diverse backgrounds and build relationships with stakeholders and brand partners.
10. Manage customer correspondence through social channels, messaging, or calls efficiently.
11. Design and create engaging Instagram content that educates and delights followers.
