Compliance and Quality Systems Co-ordinator Dungannon £25-28K Shift - Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5pm and Friday 8.30 to 3pm Job Overview: Working collaboratively across all site functions the Compliance and Quality systems Co-Ordinator is responsible for monitoring and auditing the quality, hygiene, food safety and microbiological aspects of manufacturing to ensure compliance to legal, third party and customer standards. The Compliance & Quality Systems Co-Ordinator will assist the Compliance & Quality Systems Manager by ensuring that regulatory compliance is being achieved and provide leadership and direction on quality and compliance standards across the organisation. Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FDA, BRC, FSC, ISCC MASS BALANCE), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organisation through existing and new procedures. The Compliance and Quality Systems Co-Ordinator will monitor and advise on the performance of the Quality Management System, produce data and report regularly on performance. They will assist with promoting a culture of compliance to food safety and quality standards through proactively coaching and training employees at all levels across the site. Regulate, control, and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business will be key. As well as managing the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised from certification bodies, customers or against suppliers during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified Essential Criteria: Minimum 1 years experience in a Quality Assurance function with a demonstrable understanding of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems e.g. BRC or ISO9001. Or: A minimum of 2 years experience either in Thermoforming/Offset Printing or Injection Moulding Operations with a good understanding of Quality Assurance in these functions.
