Let us introduce the role
AWE is currently recruiting for a Stakeholder Management Specialist.
This exciting new role is all about building, fixing, and maintaining long lasting relationships with AWE Stakeholders of various levels.
You will work with the Senior Leadership team to capture and identify who the key stakeholders are and create an engagement plan, looking at how well we engage and identifying a plan of action to improve performance and bring the Stakeholders and functions together.
You will communicate regularly with the Stakeholders, have 1-2-1 conversations, obtain their feedback, review customer satisfaction surveys, and run meaningful workshops to ensure that the relationship is working and if it isn't, identifying changes that can improve it.
If you are a great communicator and have an ability to forge strong relationships with people, this could be the role for you.
Who are we looking for?
We do need you to have the following:
Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with stakeholders of different levels.
Ability to organise and facilitate group activities with Senior Leaders
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
Experience in project management would be desirable but not essential.
Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with experience of writing up reports.
Ability to work well in high pressured situations and a regularly changing environment.
You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Some reasons we think you'll love it here:
AWE has wide range of benefits to suit you. These include:
9-day working fortnight - meaning you get every other Friday off work, in addition to 270 hours of annual leave.
Market leading contributory pension scheme (we will pay between 9% and 13% of your pensionable pay depending on your contributions).
