We are looking for an enthusiastic person with previous clerical experience to work within Medical Reports and the Enquiry Department at HRI. The successful candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as using their own initiative, and have the ability to organise and prioritise their workload.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
Duties include invoicing, requesting case notes and x-rays, pulling casualty cards, dealing with Solicitors, dealing with the general public, directing patients and relatives to wards and departments, telephone enquiries, and other clerical duties. Some typing and use of Lorenzo.

Person Specification
Education / Training
* 3 GCSEs (C or above)
* Customer care training/ telephone skills
* Previous NHS experience
Personal Qualities
* Ability to communicate at all levels, both in writing and verbally
* Good organisational skills
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Knowledge
* Previous medical records experience
* Experience of working with different NHS agencies
Experience
* A minimum of 2 years clerical experience within the last 2 years
