Role Overview
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and IT services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Audio Visual and IT Support Engineer to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite at a leading Global Investment Bank.
This is one of many openings available at proAV (who have over team members globally) and a position that works within our end user’s organisation who are continuously investing in state of the art technologies, services and training
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Audio Visual and IT Support Engineer to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance delivery at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Rota Cover for all AV teams
2. Testing new technology and firmware versions for future deployment
3. Raising and resolving issues on ITSM
4. Managing the digital signage mailbox, phone line to resolve any issues users have
5. Provide access and train users on Appspace globally
6. Registering BrightSign players globally and updating inventory to reflect changes
7. Open tickets and arrange calls with Appspace directly with any issues that can’t be troubleshooted locally
8. Managing the AV Support mailbox and phone line
9. Scheduling technicians to attend all support requests
10. Educate and inform clients on current AV booking, WebEx, Zoom, TP procedures
11. Remotely troubleshoot issues within EMEA meeting rooms and support ad hoc requests
12. Meeting room support within all meeting rooms located in London
13. Granting onsite access to external visitor for the London, Bromley, Camberley and Chester offices
14. Live troubleshooting telepresence/WebEx escalations where the issues have impacted meetings – EMEA
15. Stock control and justification for consumables sign off
16. Ad-hoc requests for assistance with spot checking TP meetings, making sure that they have been booked, WebEx/Zoom SIPs have been linked correctly on TMS
17. Updating documents on the BAU SharePoint to keep items relevant
18. Updating site meeting room guides within London, Bromley, Chester, Dublin, Paris and Frankfurt
