THE ROLE
As a Sales Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales and customer support operations, providing a seamless experience for customers selling vehicles and assisting dealers in sourcing stock efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide assistance during their car selling journey.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
* Review uploaded service history documentation, removing personal identifiable information to ensure GDPR compliance.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary, including payment-related queries.
* Communicate with dealers through the intercom system, update CRM systems, and forward requests as needed.
* Perform administrative duties such as confirming vehicle collections and updating photo tags for listings.
* Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance.
* Support other areas of the business, such as collections and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
