As a People Partner (Operations), you’ll will provide both a hands-on generalist HR service and give strategic input to workforce development and planning at Audit Wales. Your work will help our operational HR function continue to provide a seamless, consistent and robust service directly to our key stakeholders across the organisation. You will support our Line Managers, employees, be involved in cross functional projects and provide constructive challenge on HR matters across the organisation. You You will be an experienced, resilient and proactive Partner, qualified to CIPD Level 7 who has an excellent understanding of all areas of HR policy, legislative requirements and best practice. You will be experienced in dealing with casework and supporting managers on all people related matters. We use iTrent as our central HRIS, and whilst by no means essential, any knowledge of this system will be beneficial. You will also have a high level of communication skills and be able to work well both within a team and across an organisation, having the ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders. You will be curious and keen to learn and develop yourself and others.
