Programme Manager - Workday Implementation, Technology Organisation, Coventry Rate: £600-900 per day Contract Type: 9-12 Month Contract, potentially renewable. We are seeking business savvy Programme Manager to deliver a Workday implementation and related business process transformation for a specialist technology organisation. The client requires an experienced Programme Manager to join them on a contract basis to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of the Workday HR / HCM system. The Programme Manager will re-engineer HR processes, aimed at repositioning HR as more of a business partner to support the organisation as it continues to grow, improving efficiency via HR self service, and improving the retention of talent. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the implementation of Workday across the organization, overseeing both business and technology work streams. - Ensure successful delivery of Workday implementation across technology, processes, and people to support company growth initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and execution of Workday implementation and related projects. - Act as the business advocate for HR transformation and system change, implementing process and people-related changes to align with business objectives. Ideal Candidate: - Demonstrate a proven track record in managing HR transformation or Workday implementation projects. - Extensive experience in large-scale system and process change in professional settings. - Demonstrate ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects across various business functions and with different sponsors, including finance, operations, and HR.
