As eProcurement Delivery Specialist, you will support the delivery of the eProcurement and Management Information Shared Service to improve procurement capability across the Scottish public sector. You will provide advice and guidance to user organisations on how to best use the Service and design and implement improved procurement processes and procedures to deliver efficiencies and benefits. Responsibilities Support the delivery of the eProcurement and Management Information Shared Service to improve procurement capability across the Scottish public sector. You will provide advice and guidance to user organisations on how to best use the Service and design and implement improved procurement processes and procedures to deliver efficiencies and benefits. Develop strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders from across the public sector and will work with them to identify scope for further system and service enhancements and developments, provide on-going support to identify new and improved ways of working which helps to drive best practice, and where required, help to resolve issues and concerns. Work closely with these internal and external stakeholders across the public sector, support work to identify and develop approaches that seek to remove barriers in fully utilising the eProcurement and Management Information Shared Service tools and services to help to identify efficiencies and benefits. Work flexibly across the wider Branch to deliver key objectives across the entire eProcurement and Management Information Shared Service, learning and supporting every element of the Service. You will also help and provide support in developing and identifying new opportunities for the future direction of the eProcurement and Management Information Shared Service. This will require working with the wider team and extensive engagement with a wide range of senior stakeholders from across the Scottish public sector. Responsibilities Success Profile Success profiles are specific to each job and they include the mix of skills, experience and behaviours candidates will be assessed on. Experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to produce high quality written work and present complex and sensitive information under time pressures that meets the needs of the audience. You will be able to identify and source relevant information to produce concise, well-structured and accurate written and numerical work.
