NHS GRAMPIAN Facilities & Estates Sector The Facilities Learning & Development Team are now recruiting for the following position Facilities Learning & Development Administrator 37 hours per week - Band 3 £25,468 £ 27,486 Based within the Facilities Learning & Development Team, Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team to assist the Learning & Development Manager in providing support to line managers and supervisors across the Facilities & Estates Sector which comprises of 10 services which employs in the region of 2,500 staff Although the post is based at Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin the post-holder will be required (on occasion) to be flexible as they will be required to work in at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Must be capable of developing good working relationships with a range of staff and line managers from different occupational backgrounds, have the ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimal supervision due to the nature of the role / department. To apply for this post, applicants must meet the following criteria: The successful candidate is expected to be educated to a min of SCQF 6 and have 3-5 year appropriate work experience within an administration and clerical function. Ideally, experience of working within a learning and development environment would be desirable (but not essential). The successful candidate must also be competent in the use of a range of Office 365 type software packages where the individual will be required to design and develop a range of promotional materials suitable for careers promotion and employability initiatives. These may include posters, case studies and booklets, videos etc. The applicant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be required to engage and liaise with a range of stakeholders both within and out with NHS Grampian.
