Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Admissions Officer to join our team on a temporary basis from January until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the admissions process for prospective students, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for families.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions-related activities.
3. Liaise with parents, students, and staff to provide information and support throughout the admissions process.
4. Coordinate and participate in open days, school tours, and other admissions-related events.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Enhanced DBS check (essential)
2. Proven experience in a similar admissions role within an educational setting (essential)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software
