Next Level are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated candidate to join our team as the Learner Engagement/Enrolment Officer on a full-time basis. Position Overview: As a Learner Engagement/Enrolment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future for our learners journey into their chosen career path, recruiting them into apprenticeships or full-time programmes. You will work closely with the Director and management team with duties as outlined below: - Advertising all employer vacancies and programme opportunities to potential learners through a variety of routes. - Collaborating in the marketing of the opportunities available to create a seamless learner starting point inclusive of attending recruitment events/workshops - Conducting one-on-one meetings with potential learners to understand their goals, assessing their needs and aspirations. - Matching potential learners to the most suitable courses and/or employer - Liaising with employers and potential learners to set up external interviews and trials to secure the apprenticeship programme. - Work with existing employers and support the Employer Engagement Manager in obtaining new opportunities. - Leading in the arranging, planning, and organising of events, welcome days, and open days, offering a flexible approach, and embracing business needs. - Carrying out monthly learner inductions to successful apprentices, supporting their enrolment to the programme and understanding of expectations - Supporting throughout the learner and employer process to ensure that recruitment targets are met. - Providing information, advice, and guidance throughout the learner journey, ensuring the learner's successful career progression - Monitor and analyse learner engagement and recruitment data to continually improve strategies and results Essential Candidate Qualities: - Be passionate about making a difference through education. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organisational and analytical abilities with the ability to provide information timely - A passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals. Preferred but not essential candidate qualities -Experience of working with young people or within a training environment - Driving licence with access to own vehicle.
