Please note this role will be at 12 month FTC The role The Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides essential support to the Early Careers team in the administration and coordination of graduate and trainee recruitment across the UK. You will be accountable for managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment days, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also works closely with the wider Early Careers team to support various recruitment initiatives, contributing to the efficient delivery of talent attraction strategies. In addition, the role support administrative tasks related to reporting, data tracking, and maintaining recruitment records to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Key accountabilities Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work collaboratively to support Early Careers Specialists to ensure all applications are acknowledged and progressed in a timely manner. Liaise with Hiring Managers to ensure candidate interviews are organised promptly. Work with local administration teams to coordinate interviews and assessment days. Act as focal point for initial candidate interactions, including dealing with any initial questions regarding their application and help create a positive candidate experience. Support with the organisation of external careers fairs, including liaising with Universities and local offices. Work with support networks, including Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and Finance, to deliver exceptional service. Shared management of the centralised Early Careers inbox, actioning queries promptly escalating where appropriate. Attraction and Recruitment Activities Post and maintain job adverts on various platforms, including the Azets website and external job boards. Support and participate in recruitment events to enhance brand awareness and attract early career talent. Assist in engaging with social media posts to increase brand awareness. Support Early Careers Specialist to progress candidates through application process on TalentLink. Ensuring candidates are updated on application status. Keep Early Careers Specialist updated as to the progress of each role in terms of volume of applications and numbers at each stage. Assessment and Selection Review candidate applications on Bryq to identify those to progress to further screening. Coordinate screening calls. Support Early Careers Specialist with creating and issuing candidate offers in TalentLink. Process Improvement and Reporting Champion the use of the TalentLink system, ensuring compliance with processes and administration within the ATS. Develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment to continually enhance personal development. Regularly review and suggest enhancements to recruitment processes and candidate experiences. Support with reporting for roles allocated, including reviewing salary expectations reported by role and region. Research target School and Universities to identify target markets Support with ad hoc projects as require Skills & experience QUALIFICATIONS A Level/Higher or equivalent EXPERIENCE Proven experience of working in an administration role Experienced in Microsoft office suite SKILLS Commercial and business acumen and knowledge of early careers in the finance sector. Relationship management, and communication skills, Confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to forward think and plan work to prioritise tasks and/or conflicting deadlines.
