What's the role?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of our renowned Customer Services team, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be problem-solving and dealing with issues effectively, building relationships and championing continuous improvement.
Working closely with the sales team, you will manage your own caseload of customers, utilizing your communication skills to handle queries and effectively deal with complaints. Marley’s service environment is fast-paced, requiring a proactive approach, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
There are opportunities to develop as you become a product expert and provide customer-focused solutions. There is also scope to advance your skills and take on further responsibilities as you grow with Marley.
What skills will you need?
* Passion for keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Great IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is advantageous).
* Ability to develop great relationships with both external and internal customers.
* Experience of promptly responding to all customer queries.
* Excellent workload management and prioritization skills.
* Input of customer orders, samples, and literature requests.
* Problem solver that identifies service barriers and provides customer-focused solutions.
* Supportive of colleagues and fostering an effective coaching culture while working as a team.
