We need a content architect —someone who knows exactly what needs to be said, where, and when to drive maximum impact. This role is for someone who can look at our strategy and orchestrate a content schedule that keeps Base.com always on message, always on time, and always ahead of the curve. You’ll have a sharp instinct for what stops the scroll —whether it’s a killer LinkedIn post, a Twitter thread that sparks conversation, or a blog that pulls readers in and drives action. You’ll be in charge of making sure every title, every thumbnail, and every post is high-impact, high-converting, and fits into our broader growth strategy. This isn’t just about writing—it’s about owning our content flow, ensuring consistency, and making data-backed decisions to refine and amplify our messaging across all platforms. Responsibilities Own the Content Calendar – Build and maintain a high-impact content schedule across blogs, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, newsletters, video, and podcasts—ensuring a steady flow of engaging, strategic content. Make Every Post Count – Review and assess content quality—deciding what’s worth publishing, what needs refining, and what won’t cut it. Master Multi-Channel Strategy – Ensure each platform has a clear purpose in our growth strategy, with the right mix of lead-generating blogs, viral social content, and thought leadership. Craft Attention-Grabbing Hooks – Titles, thumbnails, first lines—all need to pop, stand out, and pull people in. You know what works and how to tweak things to make them irresistible. Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze content performance and audience behavior to double down on what works and quickly pivot from what doesn’t. Align Content with Business Objectives – Ensure everything we put out moves the needle on growth, engagement, and brand authority—no fluff, no wasted effort. Work Closely with Leadership & Agency (Rocket SaaS) – Collaborate to ensure messaging stays sharp, consistent, and impactful across all marketing efforts. Ecommerce Knowledge Extra Brownie Points – Understanding the ecom space is a bonus, as it will help shape our messaging for the right audience. But if you know how to make great content and capture attention - this is sufficient. Requirements Strategic Mindset – You don’t just create content—you engineer a system that makes sure the right message hits the right platform at the right time. Killer Instinct for Attention-Grabbing Content – You know what makes people click, read, share, and engage. Analytical & Adaptive – You track performance, test different approaches, and optimize based on data. Deep Audience Understanding – You know what resonates, what drives action, and how to craft content that speaks directly to them. Creative Yet Structured – You have flair for storytelling and messaging, but also the discipline to keep everything scheduled, aligned, and consistent. Sharp Eye for Quality – You’ll be the final call on what gets published—if it’s not up to standard, it doesn’t go out. This is a role for a content strategist, editor, and amplifier all in one —someone who knows how to capture attention, sustain it, and turn it into meaningful business impact.
