Join this industry leader and be part of their exciting journey in revolutionizing advanced technology Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Operator to join the facilities team. The role involves performing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring optimal plant conditions, and maintaining strict compliance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will monitor system parameters via a Building Management System (BMS), carry out plant maintenance, and support broader business needs. Key Responsibilities: Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies. Monitor process conditions and control plant operations through BMS. Perform tasks such as sampling, data recording, and plant cleaning. React proactively to abnormal operating conditions and ensure safety protocols. Maintain detailed plant logs and suggest improvements. Collaborate with site technicians for chemical and gas management. Support maintenance activities using CMMS (Maximo) and assist in installations. Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Business Improvement Projects (BIT). Participate as an Emergency Response Team (ERT) member. Work within cleanroom environments to support technical tasks. Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a modern facility, with knowledge of ISO9001/14001 and OHSAS18001 standards. Key Skills: Proficient in building management systems. Ability to disassemble/reassemble mechanical units. Strong problem-solving and teamwork capabilities. Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
