Job: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Slough
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who will provide assistance to the Legal team by processing all claims and ensuring compliance of all regulatory requirements and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process proposals and entering customer personal details and quote figures
* Log and issue correspondence to all letters received
* Sending correspondence within the regulatory timescales and ensuring the database is updating accordingly and in a timely manner
* Ensure Management is made aware of potential issues
* Provide a regular summary to the team
* Meet regulatory and business timescales
* Supporting the Customer Service phone line
* Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to regulatory timeframes, deadlines and procedures
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
* Some experience of handling business phone calls
* Good knowledge of Regulation
