Job Description Receptionist Location: Clifton Park TC, York Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time Shift pattern Week 1: 07.00 - 15:00, Week 2: 12:00 noon to 20:00. The modern purpose built hospital has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has first-class medical facilities including 24 beds, two theatres, a day case unit, a large outpatient department with X-ray facilities and on-site physiotherapy, including a small gym area. In 2018, the hospital opened a new outpatient department with 11 consulting rooms, two treatment rooms and x-ray facilities. The role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at the Mount Stuart Hospital, based in Torquay. You will be working on a busy reception desk. Ensuring that all patients and visitors are welcomed into the hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. The Receptionist will be expected to deliver a first class service to patients, consultants and colleagues. The hours of work are 7.5 hours per day over 5 days. Shift pattern is week 1 - 7.00 am until 3 pm, week 2 - 12 noon until 8 pm. You will work as part of a Saturday rota working 1 Saturday every 12 weeks.
