Role Overview: Support students with a variety of special educational needs, including learning challenges, to aid in both their academic and personal development. Offer tailored one-on-one assistance as well as small group interventions for KS3 and KS4 students. Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students in the classroom. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school environment. Experience working with students with SEN and learning difficulties. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply for one). Confidence in a classroom setting across KS3 and KS4 levels. Strong communication skills, patience, and an encouraging outlook.
