A role has arisen for a Financial Planning Analyst to join a company based in West Drayton. This role is mostly remote with occasional visits to the office.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Ho FP&A and Reporting with the Group budget and forecasting processes from end to end.
2. Prepare the consolidated IFM Group budget, forecasting, and company reporting packs.
3. Preparation of weekly consolidated forecasts based on inputs from business partners.
4. Collaborate with the Ho FP&A and Reporting to understand the drivers of financial performance.
5. Deliver concise and succinct financial summaries to help influence decision making.
6. Monitor and communicate Group KPI trends, risks, and opportunities.
7. Undertake working capital reviews, in particular timeliness of cash collection and appropriateness of accruals and provisions.
8. Ad-hoc finance duties including supporting the implementation and testing of new processes, systems, and controls as well as central reporting.
9. Prepare high quality and timely Group reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
10. Assist the Ho FP&A and Reporting with divisional reporting consolidation for Group review.
11. Assist the Ho FP&A and Reporting with MIS and Hyperion submissions analysis.
12. Assist the Ho FP&A and Reporting with preparation of various presentations.
13. Model and formulate meaningful reports through various complicated Excel files.
14. Support Ho FP&A and Reporting in various projects.
15. Provide ad-hoc reports and analytics as required.
Requirements:
1. Qualified ACCA / CIMA.
2. Proficient at analysing data and drawing conclusions from a wide range of inputs.
3. Excellent MS Excel handling skills.
4. Reasonably good MS PowerPoint presentation skills.
5. Power BI skills are an added advantage.
6. Self-motivated and able to work on a standalone basis.
7. Good planning and organisational skills.
8. Good written and verbal communication skills.
9. Resilient - able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
10. Attention to detail.
11. Hyperion working knowledge is preferred.
