Overview
Our Toyota Maidstone Retail Centre is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family. If you’re as passionate about cars as we are, we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be part of our exciting journey.
As a Service Advisor at Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand and be enrolled in our aftersales academy.
What you will be doing?
1. Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Booking vehicles into the technical workshop.
3. Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
4. Providing exceptional customer service, including establishing customers' onward travel arrangements, updating customers whilst their car is in our workshop, handing over vehicles after service work, and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
5. Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
6. Adopting a sales approach regarding upselling.
7. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
What we are looking for?
1. Full UK Driving Licence
2. Motor Industry experience is preferable
3. Happy to work independently and as part of a team
4. Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail
