Job summary The post holder will work as part of a team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of sites associated with Hillingdon Community Adults and Children's Services. They will have a particular focus on Health and Safety, ensuring an effective, efficient and positive service to both patients, families, cares and public who utilise the site facilities. The post holder will have experience in people management and line management responsibilities. The post holder will have strong administrative and leadership skills and will be able to evaluate and prioritise work in a busy clinical and office environment and respond quickly to daily changes in duties or service requirements. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with service users, carers, health professionals and teams members. They will form good working relationships at sites where other NHS services co-located. The post holder must process good IT skills and be able to assist with Health and Safety audits and information monitoring.
