About the Role:
As an Apprenticeship Enrolment Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our apprenticeship journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment process for learners. You'll provide excellent customer service, manage applications, and work closely with internal teams to maintain compliance and support learners throughout their journey.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to enquiries via email, phone, and internal platforms, ensuring a professional and timely response.
* Processing applications, checking eligibility, and keeping learners informed about their application status.
* Coordinating and booking enrolment interviews, online and in-person courses, and other key events.
* Managing your own caseload, conducting employer interviews, and supporting learners throughout the enrolment process.
* Maintaining participant management systems, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with funding regulations.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams to continuously improve processes.
* Promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding across all learner interactions.
Please note, that this role would require hybrid working, based from our Newton Abbott, Devon office a minimum of 1 day per week.
About You:

* Have experience in customer service and enjoy supporting others.
* Are highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Have strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Are confident using Microsoft Office and Teams.
* Pay attention to detail and work with accuracy and compliance in mind.
* Are proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to improve processes.
Bonus points if you also have:
* Experience working with apprenticeships or government-funded training programmes.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, funding rules, or platforms like BUD.
