About The Role: As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and manage the high standard of required quality and compliance across the PRM contract in Edinburgh Airport by directly engaging with the different operational work streams and directly reporting to the Station Manager Maintain, monitor and review health and safety policies, practices and procedures across the PRM operation. Work closely with the Station Manager in ensuring consistent standards and compliance are met in all processes Lead, develop and maintain a positive relationship ensuring a positive impact on the airlines and their passengers, communication is key with stakeholders and attendance at all stakeholder meetings is paramount Ensure that efficient processes and procedures are maintained to meet industry, clients and corporate standards Identify and actively support the development of talent and succession for key roles of the people and promote a positive culture of upskilling and training where staff are interested Ensure that staff are engaged and that open 2-way communication channels are developed and delivered and sustained across the business area The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK Good communicator, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with persons at all levels, including those with disabilities, and from all backgrounds.
