Vitality health insurance (including spouses and dependents) Life Insurance The Role As a Marine Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our maritime security services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and top-tier service delivery. Your role will involve coordinating security teams, logistics management, and liaising with global partners to maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient deployment of personnel, equipment, and resources. Monitor movements of security teams, vessels, and assets while providing real-time operational support. Ensure compliance with IMO regulations, ISPS Code, and industry best practices. Liaise with flag states, port authorities, and regulatory bodies. Oversee safety briefings and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Act as a key point of contact for international clients and stakeholders. Provide operational insights to enhance service offerings. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years’ experience in maritime security, naval operations, or commercial shipping. Strong knowledge of international maritime security laws and regulations. Experience managing security personnel in high-risk environments. Excellent crisis management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in maritime tracking software and operational planning tools.
