The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our residential development projects across London and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential residential development and investment opportunities. Analyse financial data, including cost estimations, profit forecasts, and investment returns. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. At least 3 years experience in Project analysis Proven experience in real estate development, investment analysis, or a similar role.
