Prestige Service Advisor
£31,500 basic with £45-53k OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm) / 1 in 3 Saturdays (8am – 12.30pm)
Our client, a Motor Trade main dealer group in the Woolwich area, is on the lookout for a Prestige Service Advisor to join their busy team. As a Service Team Manager, you will be the main contact for the customer, responsible for consulting with customers and managing their expectations throughout the service process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting customers in a polite and courteous manner.
2. Maintaining knowledge of aftersales products and services.
3. Working directly with a team of technicians, allocating jobs according to time and ability while ensuring high levels of customer service.
4. Updating customers regarding their vehicle repairs and any extra work required.
5. Ensuring that customers' vehicles are handled with care and are cleaned and valeted ready for handover.
Your Background & Skills:
1. Proven experience within a Service Team Leader / Service Advisor / Senior Service Advisor position in the motor trade.
2. Full UK Driving License.
3. Strong administration skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
