As an Employment Lawyer with the firm, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality caseload, advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters. From handling workplace disputes to providing strategic advice on employment contracts, redundancy processes, and compliance, you will be deeply involved in a variety of cases. You will work closely with the firm’s senior management, helping to develop and grow the employment law practice, and if you have the ambition and skills, the chance to lead your own team will be within reach.
