Junior D365 F&O Functional Consultant
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: 2x on site per week in Sunderland/Newcastle area

Are you eager to develop your skills in Dynamics 365 F&O and gain hands-on experience in the retail sector?
Our client is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior D365 F&O Functional Consultant to join their close-knit team. With 1-2 years of D365 F&O experience, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the team with end-to-end implementation and helping to improve business processes in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers excellent opportunities for learning and growth, with support from a small team of 4, including 2 consultants, 1 developer, and a Lead Consultant who you'll report into.
Key Responsibilities
1. Apply your knowledge and experience to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, efficient, and secure solutions within D365.
2. Take ownership of, build, and configure D365.
3. Collaborate with the project team to define the development agenda.
4. Lead workshops with stakeholders from across the business.
5. Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
6. Work with external consultants to build a cohesive solution.
7. Identify the business impact of change, considering processes, people, and systems.
8. Assist in defining test scripts and support the testing process.
9. Ensure training plans and materials align with the new platform.
Skills & Experience
1. 1-2 years of experience with D365 F&O (Functional Consultant role).
2. Familiarity with D365 F&O implementations, preferably with a focus on retail processes.
3. Strong desire to learn and work independently, while also being part of a team.
4. Ability to communicate well with both technical and business teams.
5. Retail industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
6. Experience with at least one D365 F&O module is essential such as: Supply chain, Warehousing, Finance, Retail POS.
7. Eager to learn, hardworking, and able to work independently.
