Behaviour Mentor FULL TIME As a mentor you will be providing 1-1 support with your students and sometimes supporting small groups of students aged 11- 16 years. You will be required to mentor and monitor the student’s behaviour and focus. Training & guidance will be provided to suit the individual students in the most suitable way. You will support your student with their academic exercises. The students will have a structured day and you will be required to keep records of each activity, for each child to have a record of learning progress for the day. Written feedback on their behaviour is also compulsory. The successfully candidate will : Hold good communication skills and a confident manner. Be adaptable & flexible.
