We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who thrives in a cross-functional and agile environment and will partner closely with our Paid Social Manager and Brand Manager to deliver integrated marketing strategies. The successful candidate will excel in performance marketing, affiliate management, and growth planning, while leveraging their experience and expertise in DTC platforms, Amazon and marketplaces, and emerging channels like TikTok Shop.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Growth Strategy:
* Work cross-functionally with the Paid Social Manager and agency to align PPC efforts with broader paid media strategies, ensuring cohesive and efficient campaigns.
* Identify channels and optimisation opportunities and develop strategies to implement to drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute innovative growth opportunities, including supporting ongoing expansion into new platforms like TikTok Shop.
* Partner with the Brand Manager and wider marketing team to ensure all growth marketing activities align with brand guidelines and support overarching brand objectives.
* Act as a bridge between teams to create a seamless and integrated approach to customer acquisition and retention.
* Play a key role in annual and quarterly planning, ensuring growth initiatives are integrated into broader marketing and business strategies.
* Own budgets and targets: Set targets and budget split, and monitor spend across channels based on KPIs
Performance Marketing:
* Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads focusing on ROAS and CPA goals.
* Share insights and collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine targeting, creative, and messaging strategies.
Affiliate Marketing:
* Develop and manage a performance-driven affiliate marketing program, nurturing partnerships to drive incremental growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
* Lead customer acquisition efforts across DTC platforms, Amazon, and third-party channels, ensuring seamless and effective conversion paths.
* Develop and support implementation of retention strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, subscriptions and more.
Data-Driven Optimisation:
* Analyse campaign and channel performance, delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Regularly share performance updates with stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaborative problem-solving.
Experience:
* 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, with hands-on experience in DTC and e-commerce.
* Proven success managing PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing programs, and retention strategies.
* Familiarity with Amazon marketing and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop is a strong plus.
Skills:
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics/Google Suite, Shopify and AWIN
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
