Leading global agency is looking for a talented and driven Strategy director to join their health and wellness part of the business. Working with 60 + professionals this team focuses on building science backed creative campaigns which target a range of audiences from patients, care givers, to healthcare professionals and payers. Working alongside their consumer partners with shared design and support functions you will be a part of the strategic and creative fire power of this world class consumer agency bringing their insight and innovative thinking to the pharma and healthcare sector.
The role requires experience working within the pharm health care market – with an added bonus of working on global DTC campaigns. Leadership of the team is a major part of this role so you will be confident mentoring and guiding snr and junior strategists. You will be the lead on a major global client and creating powerful partnerships with business leads, Creatives and production within the agency.
This role will suit that pitch winning presenter! Someone who can inspire and simplify at times complex healthcare info. You will consistently be aiming for award winning work and pushing clients and colleagues to exceed expectations on ideation and execution of healthcare communications across pharma and DTC global work.
This is an integral role within the 30 strong strategic team and working alongside other Strategic directors and snr and junior staff you will have access to a range of internal initiatives to bring this highly successful and globally recognised agency together.
