The cafe is open daytime only and the role is well suited both to someone looking for a good work life balance and/or someone ambitious wanting to progress within a fast-growing company. The ideal Cafe Manager will need to be professional, outgoing, have a flexible approach to working and work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is essential, as are excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team and a passion and love of food and customer service.
